Outside General Counsel
For many emerging technology companies, there are enough legal needs that relying exclusively on "Big Law" firms can be prohibitively expensive but there not enough legal needs to justify hiring a traditional full-time in-house General Counsel. For these companies, Daniel serves as Outside General Counsel to provide all the services that a traditional General Counsel would provide.

The following list is a sampling of the services Daniel provides to his Outside General Counsel clients:
-
Reviewing ordinary course contracts including nondisclosure, customer, distribution and vendor agreements;
-
Corporate governance process and documenting actions by stockholders and boards of directors;
-
Reviewing promotional materials;
-
Equity administration;
-
SEC compliance;
-
Drafting employment and consulting contracts;
-
Resolving employee disputes;
-
Writing and responding to cease and desist letters; and
-
Managing litigation counsel.
Daniel is available for both hourly and monthly retainer engagements depending on the unique needs of each client.
